Thanks for your interest in joining one of our workshops. Please note that this is a lengthy form. We require many details, so you may want to scan through to the bottom of the page (where we collect your signature) to get an idea of what you’ll be providing.
After receiving your signed workshop registration form submission, we will send an invoice for either a deposit or payment in full (depending on the date of registration in relation to the workshop date). This is done manually so it may take us a day or so to send the invoice.
