The way Russia's increasing arms proliferation is hindering Western military intervention worldwide
Russia's recent sale of firearms to Myanmar was the latest in a long line of progressive weapon system selling by the West, which was firmly rejected by the West Block. In addition to other weaponry, Myanmar's military will purchase six Russia's six Su-30 heavier combatants, which were arranged following a mission to the flag by Russia's Defence Minister Sergey Shoigu.
Deputy Russia's Defence Secretary, Lieutenant General Alexander Fomin, pointed out that this is probably the first of many such acquisitions and that the Su-30 hunters will become the mainstays of Myanmar's Myanmar Aviation. "Myanmar has signed an understanding during the mission of the RFM that Myanmar would buy six Su-30 aircraft" and that the Sukhoi platform will "become the most important combat plane of the Myanmar Military in order to safeguard the territory of Myanmar and avert any terrorist threat.
" Burma has been under severe West punishments for many years and continues to be a strong ally of China, North Korea and, to an increasing extent, Russia. The South East Asia state is standing in the way of the plans of the Western Block in the Asia-Pacific area with the important Chinese supply lines for China's future and with the West Block's increasing hub to Asia and its anti-Chineseism.
Given the recent cases of Libya, Yugoslavia and Syria, where such allegations of violations of humanitarian law and concentrated demonization campaigning in the West media are on the brink of military intervention to bring about changes of government and the political importance of the nation, Myanmar may well face a serious menace to its domestic safety.
The remarkable thing about the acquisition of the Su-30 combatants in this connection is that such decks are the keys to deter or defend against intruders. Su-30 is more progressive than any other aerial dominance deck currently in use in the West, with the exception of the F-22 Raptor, and surpasses all US marine rigs such as the F-18E, which is the only one able to reach the land by being used by airlines in the Andaman Sea and the Bay of Bengal.
Whilst Myanmar has so far exclusively reinvested in lightweight MiG-29 and JF-17 rigs that are enough to defend its frontiers from neighboring states and fight rebel groups, Su-30 is the first of its kind to look for committed superior intelligence hunters and respond to the increasing threats from much more powerful outside enemies.
Myanmar's admission of the Su-30 to the Myanmar Air Force would seriously hamper any kind of defence operation against the state. US State Department spokesperson Heather Nauert said in her reply: "We have seen some new disturbing press coverage that Russia plans to resell SU-30 combat aircraft to the Burmese Army (Myanmar).
Whilst the Russian Federation is in favour of a fruitful dialog to solve the Burmese conflict, accounts of attempts to dispose of progressive army technologies if they are real show the opposite. The fight in the Rakhine area against Islamic powers has caused considerable damages to the civil society - but the allegations about ethnical purges are still inconclusive.
The sale of weapons to opponents of the West Block, especially the Sukhoi fighter planes and versions of the S-300 anti-aircraft system, has been a big phenomena in recent years. In particular, the spread of Anti Access Area Denial (A2AD) anti-aircraft defense system was received with great alarm in the West Block, with the U.S. Missile Defense Advocacy Alliance declaring that this spread "hinders our capacity to predict force and thus represents a significant degree of fragility.
" In particular, the MDAA described the Russia's "A2AD bubbles" in Eastern Europe and Syria as areas in which the capacity of the West's aerial force to forecast force might be withheld. A number of countries described by the West as violating people' s freedoms, such as Venezuela, Sudan, Eritrea, Belarus, Iran and Algeria, have been given such arms - while the use of these regimes by Russia in Syria has had a similar effect.
Not only has North Korea now gained substantial support from Russia in the development of its own aerial defense, speculating today with KN-06 that it has similar, if not better, capability than the S-300, but Russia has also been active in demonstrating the cover of the peninsula through its own aerial defense system and deploying its most progressive aerial dominance fighter near the Koreai frontier.
They show that Russia is able to capture all foreign airplanes and rockets that enter DPRK's northern sky - an outstanding addition to the country's defensive missions. State-of-the-art Soviet weaponry, able to deny the supremacy of the West's armed armies, the Su-30 and S-300 being among the most productive, are important obstacles to the West's "humanitarian intervention" due to the West's strong dependence on heaven lyme disease in every single battle.
If such progressive weapon regimes had been used and duly run by Iraq, Libya and Yugoslavia, they could have transformed the course of history of these states for the better - and if they had not been sent to Venezuela, Syria or North Korea, these nations could have seen similar attacks on their states.
In the end, the spread of Russia's weaponry, which can deny military supremacy over the skies to the West, could be used to end or seriously contain West German "humanitarian intervening. "The protection of the sovereignties of what the West calls "rogue states", almost all of them strong Russia counterparts, is therefore causing Russia to disseminate these weapon regimes on a large scale, be it the Su-30 militants for Myanmar, co-operation with North Korea in aerial defense or the S-300' s Iran.
Just as the overthrow of the governments of Libya, Iraq and Yugoslavia resulted in Russia losing important and long-standing associates, so too would foreign incursions against Russia's international coalition members throughout the globe place Russia in a much more insulated and fragile state. As the United States sends its armed services to armed stations around the globe to defend its confederates, Russia's far more cost-effective policy for maintaining its overall impact is to defend its partner by giving them the means to do so.
