White House Hotel Yangon
Yangon White House HotelReport No. 69/71 Kon Zay Dan St, Pabedan Township, Yangon
The White House Hotel is not the tidiest and cheapest hotel in Yangon (Rangoon) city centre, but it offers a certain charme with a fabulous continental breakfastsuffet. Rooms in the White House Hotel, with en-suite bathroom and windows. The White House Hotel is one of the first places I was informed about when looking for accommodation in Yangon.
It is always contained for some purpose in friendship or on-line referrals, which is due to the fact that it is part of the old generations of pensions and hostels. As many of these rooms look like renovated pantries, an upgraded en-suite bathroom and AC could be your best choice, with twin beds at US$25 and twin beds at US$30.
Though with the upgrades, the cleanness - or the absence thereof - it will knock a score worth your buck, especially with Daddy's Home Hotel and Golden Star Guesthouse within a brick-bust. At this point, the only true choice is to drive to Daddy's Home Hotel, which is a few blocks south of the hotel and coughed up for an additional one.
Whitehouse hotel, with breakfastbuffet on the roof. Altogether, the White House Hotel isn't so awful. They also offer one of the best free breakfasts in the city while you are staying there - you can still take the road to sample the 08:00-10:00 US$10 food and come with local, low-speed WiFi and one of the better tickets you will find in Yangon.
