The Thanlyin Estate Development Ltd and SPA Project Management Pte Ltd are part of Yoma Strategic Holdings Ltd, a leader in Myanmar property, agricultural and automobile trading investments quoted on Singapore Securities Exchange Trading Limited (SGX-ST).

The work is expected to begin at the end of April 2013 and the completion of the projects is expected less than three years later (in thirty-three months). Over 500 employees are involved in the projects and retrained in the use of state-of-the-art building technologies. The know-how exchange will be one of the keys to the overall successful outcome of the projects, as part of the JV's input to the development of this developing world.

Proposals are conditional on definitive Myanmar government approvals. Through success in structural and underground engineering, especially in Hong Kong, Singapore, Thailand, Australia, Korea and Vietnam, the Group has gradually expanded its work. It is currently participating in a number of major planning and development initiatives, in particular the Kai Tak Cruise Terminal and Express Rail Link in Hong Kong and the SportsHub in Singapore.
