Tungdwingyi Township(Burmese: ?????????????? ????????) is a community of the Magway District in the Magway Division of Myanmar. Taungdwingyi is the capital. For millennia, it has been home to humans, and one of Myanmar's oldest civilisations, Beikthano, the old Pyu civilization, is near the cityscape. There are plains where the land has been planted with paddy, cereals, sugar cane and other herbs.
