Approximately one hours along the crimson soil, travellers reach the infamous elephant camp in Myanmar. Myanmar Royal regarded the huge elephant as a precious icon in antiquity and used it to transmit the mighty weapons in wars with neighbouring states. Today, Myanmar residents are feeding Elefants like close-knit companions to help their work, especially in the wild.

At Phoe Kyar Elephant Camp, travellers can observe the lives and customs of this gentle beast. Usually every elephant here is trained by a certain coach named Sin Oo Zie since his early years. So there seems to be a telepathic relationship between them. Elephant rides, elephant rides or feed them are the most singular and memorable experiences here.

The elephant show also draws the visitor's eye. Beautiful elephant line up, go on the Teakwood trunks and co-ordinate under the guidance of Sin Oo Zie. Guests can spend the night here safely, as there are no bulls sleeping near the camp. The elephant itself finds nourishment and sleeps in the forest after a tough working days.

Her favourite foods are leafs, branches and a flock of elephant that can eat 3 tonnes a die. Travellers are sleeping in privately owned wooden homes with all the necessary equipment, some of which have TV satellites and warmwater. Come to Phoe Kyar Elephant Camp and live a new way of living where you can rejoice in the beautiful nature.
