Bridal gown fashion show 2016: Designers Khin San Win & Pyae Soe Aung
At the Gandamar Wholesale Ballroom in Yangon on January 8, the beloved Myanmar designers Khin San Win and Pyae Soe Aung presented their latest creations at the 2016 Wedding Dress Show. The Khin San Win drafts were mainly Myanmar Htain Ma Thein clothes, mainly dressed by women performers in folk music.
Styles were very original and brave - there are many superstitious beliefs about the colour of wedding clothes in Myanmar, and designers Khin San Win presented a wide range of colourful clothes such as scarlet, lilac, green, giving Myanmar chicks more ways to choose their favourite colours. Following the launch of Khin San Win's wedding dress, Pyae Soe Aung presented his own collection of gorgeous and very colourful wedding and gown accessories in the West style.
More than 80 wedding and gown design for 2016 were presented, and many famous personalities from Myanmar and Stars & Model INT artist wore the lovely clothes on the platform. Brautkleiderschau 2016 was organised by John Lwin, CEO of Star & Model INT.
