Proceed to Mandalay in Amarapura, Myanmar's second to last royal town.
Celebrate your stay in a silversmith's shop and get to know the village musician. Finish the outing at the legendary U Bein's Bridges, Myanmar's longest timber footbridge, which crosses Taungthaman Lake and defies the winds and swirls. Reception breakfasts & lunches. Following an early morning breakfasts, transfers to the pier and aboard the shuttle and spend a full afternoon enjoying the Irrawaddy River, the longest rivier. The Irrawaddy is a beautiful place to relax while sailing through the stunning scenery of Sagaing, Pakokku and Myaingyan.
Arrival in Bagan and transfers to your hotels and spend the night in peace. Incl: Meals: Breakfast, lunches and dinners. Today you will be visiting the most important and well-preserved rambling sites, among them Gubyaukgyi, Htilo Minlo Pahto and the astonishing Ananda Pahto Temple. Later you will attend a small community college to give lunches to about 300 schoolchildren.
