Burma Fonts and Languages

What is the encoding for the Myanmar code? Which other codings are usually used for the Myanmar language? What about Myanmar on myelves? Will I need an IME ( "Input Mode Editor") to correctly type Myanmar text? How is the compilation of Myanmar information? Some of the signs, however, are displayed wrong.
