Burma is one of the last pristine golf resorts in Southeast Asia for golf trips with a large selection of golf greens. Myanmar opened up after years in the shade to show a rugged and lively golf club across the state. There are an estimate of up to 80 golf courts in Myanmar (formerly Burma), some of the smaller open courts that offer golf for only $5, and in Myanmar there are some great newer golf courts, among them the Pride of Myanmar, the'Pun Haing Golf Club', which was constructed by Gary Player in 2000.

Even as a former British Empire branch, there are many older golf clubs that have been bequeathed by the British and are kept in good shape, such as the Yangon Golf Club of 1909. Several of the older golf courts have been refurbished and have ripened over the years and provide the adventure -loving golfer with great locations.

The hotel is next to the Bagan Golf Resort Hotel on the back of the archaeological area, only 10 min from the old Bagan. This golf course was constructed among the world-famous Bagan temple, Stupa and Pagoda..... In the northwestern part of Yangon, only 8 leagues from the center of the town, the Pun Huing Golf Course has an 18-hole, 7,012-yard golf course that was developed by the iconic Gary Player.....

The Royal Mingalardon Golf & Country Club is an 18-hole par 72 (7,200 yards) internationally renowned golf course in Yangon. 286 hectares of Royal Mingalardon Golf & Country Club is 6 kilometres from Yangon Airport and 20 kilometres from the citycenter. Aka YCDC Golf Club is made up of two 18-hole golf clubs, the first 18 known as Silver (Ngwe Thaw Tar) was opened in 1994 at 7000 trails and the second 18 known as Pondi (Myakantha) was opened in 1996.....

Myanmar's second oldest golf course. Founded in 1909 by the Brits, the designers are unfamiliar, but the clubs have been around for centuries and are continually up-dated. Located at the foot of Yay Dagon Taung (Waterfall) Mountain, it offers a wonderful panorama view of Shan Mountain.....
