Present were U Kyaw Tin, Minister of State for Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Myanmar, Virasakdi Futrakul, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Thailand, Directors General and high-ranking officers of the Government of the Kingdom of Thailand, Ambassadors and Ambassadors of the Bangkok-based Embassies and other guest speakers.

The opening was chaired by U Kyaw Tin, Minister of State for Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Myanmar, Virasakdi Futrakul, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Thailand, and U Myo Myint Than, Ambassador of Myanmar to the Kingdom of Thailand. Speeches were opened by U Kyaw Tin, Minister of State for Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Myanmar, and Virasakdi Futrakul, Deputy Foreign Minister of the Kingdom of Thailand.
