What is the difference between traditional meditation and muse? That was a total spoilsport for me when it comes to meditating effectively. The device combines guided meditation with biofeedback. But to me, it's a home device.

I have, like most humans, periods when I can't go to bed or go to bed... Abandonment of coffeine (that was hard!), giving up drinking (even harder) and getting up at 5:30 to train (brutal, incredibly hard). I use a device named Muse to practice meditation 12 min per day before going to bed.

Conveying is when you turn off your thoughts - stop caring about the past or the present - and focus on the actual life around you, such as how your breathing will feel when it comes into and out of your aura. Whilst there are many proven medical advantages to the reduction of meditation induced stresses, Muse does not claim that it cures sleeplessness.
