I' m considering a 21-day trip through Bali, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Cambodia and Vietnam. but I' m considering to spend 3 nights in each capitol? Using such a brief amount of amount of times in each place (tbh, I have no idea why anyone would even mind doing ur scheduled route in such a brief amount of time) is your only physical choice to travel.
Because you probably won't see much, you will see the amount of timings required for: to/from the airport, check-in/immigring/customs etc. Sawazdee, I suggest at least four full working nights in Bangkok. It' s more than 4 hrs from checkout to check-in at the nearest airport for a 1 hour international journey. ogle up to air travel between different sites.
However, they don't see much more than airfields, airplanes, train, taxi and hotels. Only Thailand, Vietnam and Cambodia would cover a distance of 21 and more.
