With the exception of two gems, they can only be put into amulets and rings (the gem of lightness can only be put into a weapon, while the Red Soul Shard can only be put into a helmet). As with all gems, the Legendary Gemstones are account bound; they are also uniquely equipped. Earliest Legendary Gem upgrade interface from the PTR. I have found very little that makes much sense when I choose Legendary Gems.

Legends gems are gems that have been included in Pat 2. Every legendary gemstone has two different power levels. The second is a permanent upgrade that will be released when the jewel is raised to rank 25. With the exception of two gems, they can only be put into amulets and rings (the Lightness jewel can only be put into a gun, while the Red Soul Shard can only be put into a helmet).

As with all gems, the Legendary Gemstones are banked and uniquely endowed. Legends only fall from Rift Guardians in Greater Rifts (except for Boon of the Hoarder and the Red Soul Shard, which falls only from Greed in the Treasure Realm and kills the Dark Lord in the Darkening of Tristram event).

Usually a Rift Guardian will let a random jewel fall if and only if a player does not already have Legendary Gems available, which means that the Rift Guardian is a gem: Gemstones with or in another character's stock do not matter. You can only let down gems that your characters have no control over.

Gemstones always fall to rank 0 and can be enhanced by a conversation with Urshi. The rank of a jewel will appear in the library or any connected device to it. Gemstones only fall above 70, but have no tier requirements and can be used by any player in this area.

Legends gems can be fitted by a pendant, but have no effect. Win 20% more damages for 30 seconds after you kill an elite package. An upgrade will increase the time by 1 second. Tier 25 Bonus: Increase your losses to your party's elite by 15% and decrease your losses to your party's enemy by 15%. Every successfully completed assault will increase the harm the victim suffers from the character's own abilities by 0.8%.

An upgrade will increase this bonuses by 0.01%. Tier 25 Bonus: 25% increase your losses to boss ("Rift Guard" included). Increase the enemy attack by 15% under the effect of control-damaging affects. An upgrade will increase the damaging bonuses by 0.3%. Tier 25 Bonus: Gains an avatar that decelerates foes by 30% within 15m.

It is thisura that ( "intentionally") produces the main effect. A 25% shot at kill an foe to cause a golden blast. 25th rank bonus: Gains 30% more move time for 3 seconds after collecting your winnings. Add 16000 extra spine damages. An upgrade will increase the Thorny Distortion by 800. 25th rank bonus: Elemental abilities also mock your opponent's first strike for 2 seconds.

Raise the harm of your domestic animals by 15%. An upgrade will cause 0.3% more harm to your animals. Tier 25 Bonus: Your domestic animals receive 90% less harm. Reduce non-physical damages by 10%. An upgrade will reduce the loss by 0.5%. 25th place Bonus: Gains 75% extra non-physical resistors if they are below 50% life. An upgrade adds 50 to the reward experiences.

25 Rank Bonus: Both the jewel and object can be used at any tier instead of just 70. For 2000% harm, you' re going to venom all your foes for 10 seconds.

With every successfully completed assault, the attacking pace will increase by 1% and the odds of evasion by 0. 50% for 4 seconds, stacked up to 15x. An upgrade will increase the odds per assault by 0.01%. Tier 25 Bonus: Also gains 1% cooldown reduction per pile. Any cold skill is always a chill enemy, which slows it down by 60% (if not better) for 1 second, and slows down all chills by 5% (up to 80%).

Mank 25 Bonus: Win an extra 10% of your critically struck target against your freezing or freezing foes. An upgrade will increase the lifetime per second by 1000 per second. 25th rank bonus: After not receiving any harmful matches within 4 seconds, an absorbtion sign is created for 200% of your actual lifespan per second.

Restriction: 35% of all damages suffered will be phased instead and you will receive more than 3. An upgrade will increase the time by 0.1 seconds. Tier 25 Bonus: 20% Killing Chances of Eliminating All Scaled Damages. Decreases all types of Elemental Harm by 10%. An upgrade will increase the loss mitigation by 0.5%.

Tier 25 Bonus: At 50% life or less, you can move freely through foes and put up Wallerbarrier. Crícifíc strikes cause the fíng to hemíl within 3 seconds for 2500% harm as Physícal. An upgrade will increase the damages by 50%. Tier 25 Bonus: Win Bloodlust and get 3% more attack speed for every bloody foe within 20m.

Regularly fight for power by unlocking a ring of fire that inflicts 12500% harm when the fire is penetrated by allies. An upgrade will increase the damages by 50%. Ranking 25 Bonus: Once a player has reached a level of Paragon or Characters, their skill resources and cooldown will be cut by 75% for 30 seconds.

RAISES 25% increase in Primaries ability damages. An upgrade will increase the damaging rebate by 0.5%. Tier 25 Bonus: Elemental abilities cure you for 4% of your max lifetime when they strike an opponent. Take 2. 00% more DAM for 1. 5 seconds for each tic of a channelled craft. An upgrade will increase the damaging rebate by 0.04% per batch.

Tier 25 Bonus: Gains 2% more armour for each pile. Ring of Lightning: 15% of your chances to receive a mini-line spell that deals 1250% flash per second to your opponents near you for 3 seconds. An upgrade will increase the loss by 25%. 25th rank bonus: Under the influence of minicounduit, the pace of motion rises by 25%.

Opponent's losses increase by 4% per 10 meters between you and the opponent's strike (max. 20% at 50 meters). An upgrade will increase the damaging bonuses by 0.08% (also raises the maximal bonuses by 0.4%). Tier 25 Bonus: 20% shot at the opponent for 1 second. The excess cure of Health Regeneration and Health per Strike is transformed into an absorption screen that accounts for up to 10% of the character's maximal one.

Updating will increase the tortoise's maximal power by 5% of the maximal lifetime. Tier 25 Bonus: Not known. If the Rift Guardian is vanquished in a timely fashion, Urshi will provide a way to improve legendary gems. 3 is given an added opportunity if the player has not died during the rift (hardcore players always get that added try).

You can also buy bullion to strengthen the gap; an authorized gap, when it' s filled, gives you another opportunity, so the max number of upgrades is five. To determine the successful completion ratio, take the level of the larger crack and subtract the legendary gem level. This means that in order to have a shot at unlock the 25th place bonuses, the players must overcome a crack of at least 18th place.

Some gems have a boundary; when that boundary is crossed, Urshi will stop giving the opportunity to improve this one. Other gems do not have a specified hat, but it is hard to levele most gems well above rank 100. Caldesann's desert formula in Kanai's Cube uses a legendary jewel to give an ancient or ancient legendary object an extra key characteristic (strength, skill, intelligence or vitality).
