The Junction Nay Pyi Taw is the first commercial center in Nay Pyi Taw, the Myanmar capitol. Junction Nay Pyi Taw opened in 2009 with more than 60,000 sq. m. of floor area, comprising 20 stores, among them the Ocean Super Centre and a state-of-the-art cinema hall with an innovative Cinema Hall Sound System.
In 2011, a new three-story structure was erected as an expansion of the current center and Junction Nay Pyi Taw now provides more than 120,000 sq. meters of sales space with 75 stores, giving the center a new size.
