Putzmeister Modi is announcing free visa for Myanmar residents.
On Wednesday, Prime Minister NarendraModi issued a free visa to all Myanmar residents wishing to travel to India. Mr Modi also expressed his concern with Myanmar over the Rakhine state in which the military has taken a sharp stance against the Rohingyas, causing a massive outbreak. Mr Modi said in a co-sponsored speech to the press with Myanmar State Counsellor Aung San Suu Kyi after discussions at parliamentary party side forums.
"â??We are hoping that together we can find a way out that respects Myanmar's union and regional integrity,â? Modi said. Aung San Suu Kyi is under strong global urgency to end the allegations of violation of human dignity against the Rohingyas who are deprived of Myanmar nationality. In Bangladesh, the UNHCR spokesman said that at least 123,000 Rohingyas have passed the border in the last few day.
Their last expedition began on August 25 after Rohingya insurgent riot ers launched an attack in Rakhine, resulting in a violence by the Myanmar army. At the beginning of the meeting, he met State Councillor Aung San Suu Kyi and the two heads of state and met to discuss ways of further strengthening our bi-lateral relationship.

Mr. Modi reached here on the second stage of his two-nation journey, during which he traveled to the south-eastern China town of Xiamen, where he participated in the yearly BRICS peak and conducted discussions with the President of China Xi Jinping, the President of Russia Vladimir Putin and other leading personalities of the whole wide globe. It is Modi's first bi-lateral tour of Myanmar.
Myanmari' s Burmese MEP and Suu Kyi paid a visit to India last year. Burma is one of India's key neighbors and has a 1,640 km long shared frontier with a number of north-eastern states such as Nagaland and Manipur.
