Yangon's real estate is still gaining ground with the remainder of Southeast Asia. Real estate supplies exceed the demands of global customers, but the number of real estate available for rent that meets global real estate markets is limit. This is expected to improve over the course of the years, but the low standard of building and the ignorance of global real estate norms by locals mean that you cannot have the same real estate expectation in Yangon that you could have in Singapore, Bangkok or even Ho Chi Minh.

As a result, it is very difficult for the real estate markets to find appropriate accommodations. The equipment of the landlord is not always up-to-date and of different qualities. A number of lessors will allow renters to select their own shops.

According to the rent levels many devices are not provided as default and must be agreed with the lessor. Aside from the high-quality rented objects, stoves and dishwashing machines are usually not contained. Usually, additional costs are not contained in the rent, unless it concerns a served apartment.

There may be negotiation to install CATV and web based service on the site. Contemporary condos and higher-quality objects should already own them. Bugs and parasites in Yangon, complete with roaches, can be found in almost all prices. Real estate in this budget range are either further out of the city or provide very simple conveniences or both!

Features are likely to be older and lack in elementary Western comforts such as different shower and toilet facilities; confined or no boiling facility; and lack ing utensils such as built in oven tops. What's more, they are also available in a wide range of sizes. Inverter/back-up generators are not normally part of this pricecategory. It is also to be expected that there will be some ongoing service problems with leakage, hydrostatic discharge or discharge.

Currently there are many development in Yangon, some launch sevices, but in most cases the timetable for completing it is not yet complete. Offer is rising now, there will be a lack of good value real estate in Yangon, and due to the need for Service Fed Residences, cessionaries will have to make compromises between location and comfort when choosing long-term accommodation.
