This illustration shows the situation of Myanmar in South-East Asia. This illustration shows a simplistic view of Myanmar's specialities. The Indo-Burman Range, Myanmar Central Belt and Shan Plateau. For the Mogok Metamorphic Belt (MMB), dotted line expressions are used. Facilitated geologic section through Myanmar at 21 north latitude.
Influenced and modificated by Rangin et al. (2013) and Mitchell (1989). The illustration shows the movement of the Indian slab with respect to the Shan Thai (Sunda) slab. Myanmar has comprehensive error correction schemes to take account of the India-Eurasia conflict. Above indications suggest that inductive distortion along the Myanmar Central Belt (MCB) should be present before brittleness along the Sagaing error and the Shan Scarp error.
Burma is on the border of three Tibetan plains (India, Burma Micro and Sunda Plate), so its geology is heavily influenced by the tectonics in the area. The following describes the geologic development of Myanmar in the order of the geologic timeline. d ) The period of a severe conflict between India, Southern Tibet and Burma, where Burma, Shan-Thai Block is turning counterclockwise to its current state.
The Burma and Shan Thai blocks turned 30 to 40 degrees CW between the later Eocene and Miocene to absorb the large impact along the edge of the plates. Myanmar's minerals occur in various metalogenic regions by various laborers. Along the Mogok Metamorphic Girdle is the virgin golden and basic metalsulphide in phlogopite-containing marble amplifier.
