SHA's healthcare programs were developed by the doctors' teams in order to achieve the corresponding healthcare goals. In order to be able to correctly evaluate the guest and then make a decision on the most appropriate treatment and achieve the required goals of healthcare, they must register for a healthcare program during their first visit to SHA.
However, it is also possible to make a reservation without a program; in this case you must make a full pension inclusive meal (150?/day) and a nutrition ist's advice (160?) or the nutrition advice (100?) if you have had a nutritional advice at the SHA within the last 6 month.
If, during your visit, you would like to go on one of our therapeutical diet, you must make an appointement with one of our health food specialists beforehand. PRESIDENTIAL and Royal rooms as well as the SHA residence are per suite/residence, regardless of the number of persons.
The price of the Royale Suite includes a 7 night min. 7 night transfer from Alicante or Valencia airports. If you cancel your booking, the fines below will be applied, depending on the time of notification: All stays canceled at least 21 working day before the date of your departure will be fully refundable, with the exception of 3%, which corresponds to the administration costs of the down payment.
Cancellation 20-15 nights before the date of your departure will be subject to a 15% fine of the contractually agreed length of time, which includes benefits and treatment. Every cancellation 14-8 nights before the date of your departure will be subject to a 30% fine of the contractually agreed length of time, which includes benefits and treatment. Cancellations made 7 to 3 nights or less before your date of departure will be subject to a 60% fine of the contractually agreed length of time, which includes benefits and treatment.
Every cancellation 2 nights before the date of your departure, or if the customer does not show up, will incur a fine of 100% of the contractually agreed price of your visit, which includes service and treatment. If necessary, a down payement made by means of a debit or debit order can be refunded, and if more than 30 workingdays after payment has expired, the refund can only be made by means of wire back to the customer's specifiedasaccount.
Reservations can be changed without penalties if the customer cancels at least 7 nights before the date of departure. Guests changing the date of check-in less than 7 nights before the date of departure and the new date of check-in 48hrs before or after the date of departure will be penalized with 500?.
If the new date of your stay is longer than 48 hrs, each visitor will be billed 1000 in the reservation. In the event that you choose to make a modification on the date of your departure, 100% of the applicable charges will be applied on the date of your departure, plus the above fine according to the new check-in date.
After changing the check-in date, a penalty of 100% of the total amount of the booking, including benefits and treatment, will be made. Please report any changes on your day of travel in or out.
