Belarus-Myanmar bilateral relations

Diplomacy between the Republic of Belarus and the Republic of Myanmar was initiated on 22 September 1999. In June 2000 H.E. Sergei Aleinik, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Belarus, came to the Republic of Myanmar.

In January 2011, H.E. U Maung Myint, Deputy Foreign Minister of the Republic of Myanmar, returned to the Republic of Belarus. H.E. Vladimir Goshin presented his epistles of faith on February 10, 2017 as an extraordinary and authorized ambassador of the Republic of Belarus and the Republic of Myanmar (simultaneously).
