In order to hold this post, an Australia national Secret release is required. Candidates must be a national of Australia to obtain this safety rating. Candidates who cannot obtain approval will not be hired. This is a one-year agreement that can be extended if proven to work.

  • Monitoring, managing and reporting on AFP finance operations and assisting the AFP liaison officer with liabilities, discharges, budgeting projections and analyses; - working with the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT) at a high standard on administration, finance and logistics matters; - maintaining an AFP assets registry and assisting with yearly inventories; - implementing and maintaining AFP data bases efficiently; - managing manually categorized storage registers.

IMPORTANT: 1. the capability to obtain and retain a national secret safety rating. Understand the roles and responsibilities of the Australian Federal Police. Proven track record in resource, employee and project management. Proven flexibility and prioritization of work load to keep to deadlines in a competitive priority working group.
