Creole

creolian

Like many other colonial societies in the world, Creole was a term used to describe those who were "native", especially native Europeans such as the French and Spanish. ("Louisana Creole") One of the most interesting but little known cultures America has ever known! At first glance, the word "Creole" may seem rather ambiguous, but it plays an important role in defining the culture and history of New Orleans.
