Others such as Malaysian, Singapore Airways and Qatar Airways operate routes to Burma through their local airlines.

When entering Burma from Thailand, you will need a formal Burmese embassy in London. More than 2,000 ATMs in Burma now issue Kyats for a small charge. It is recommended to have a guide for tilting the driver before driving. Launched throughout the country at the end of October, the Thadingyut Festival of Lights is a Lenten End of Buddhist Lent festival, with particularly spectacular performances in Yangon and Inle Lake.
