The Bogyoke Aung San Mark is located in the centre of Yangon on Bogyoke Aung San Rd. This street was also called after the square. Bogyoke Aung San is the most beloved and a great travel spot in Yangon. It' one of the most valuable colorful houses you can find in Yangon.

It was first constructed and opened on the present site in 1926. Scott Marque was renamed after Mr. C. Scott, then City Commissioner. Today it is Bogyoke Aung San Markt in honor of our country commander General Aung San, who was murdered in 1947. It is a quadratic street and therefore subdivided into the east part.
