Today departure to Yangon (Myanmar). Upon your arrivals you will be picked up and taken to your accommodation for check-in. Driving to the old town center with Mahabandoola Park with Independence Monument, Strand Rd. and Yangon Jetty. After that we go to the Botahtaung Pagoda, inspiring by the renowned Shwedagon Pagoda.
We stop in the Karaweik Hall and the unbelievable swimming castle after Chaukhtatgyi before we drive to one of Yangon's most visited attractions, the world-famous Shwedagon Pagoda. You will be taken to the Mandalay International Airfield for your morning flights. Upon your arrivals you will be picked up and taken to Mandalay's pier for a charter trip on the Irrawaddy River to the former capitol Mingun.
Upon your arriving you will drive to the beautiful Hsinbyume Pagoda, which is based on the bodily depiction of the Buddha mythology mountains. In the afternoon we take a cruise to Ava (Innwa), once an old emperor's capitol of the consecutive Myanmar states. When we have enough free rein we will take a horse-drawn carriage (oxcart) to Nanmyint Watch Tower, Ma Ha Aung Mye Bonza Monastery and Bagaya Monastery before returning by ferry to Mandalay.
We will drive to the old capitol Amarapura after having our breakfasts. Today you will be visiting the Mahagandayon Convent and the U Bein Teak Bridge. Afterwards you will drive to Bagaya Convent to see its magnificent group of Buddha sculptures. On the way we will stop at a traditional handloom where you can see how this valuable fabric is made and processed.
You will be taken to the pier after your morning meal for a pleasant cruise to Bagan. Along the way you can admire the views of indigenous people, and unwind as you see the outside worl. We' ll be arriving in Bagan this afternoons, one of the most unbelievable antique towns in Myanmar, famous for its thousand buddhistic memorials and stupas.
Upon your arriving, you will be taken to your accommodation, where the remainder of the night is at your free disposal. Following our breakfasts at the motel we will stop at the colourful Naung U Square before travelling to some of Bagan's most renowned marquees, among them the Shwezigon Pagoda, Gupaukgyi: a model of the later Myanmar Stupa, a cavern with interesting frescos of Jataka scenery and the Anada Pagoda, constructed in 1105 A.D. during the time of King Kyanzittha the Pagan Dynasty.
Later on, you' ll go to the lacquer ware plant before driving to Dhammayangyi Patho. And what if the sun sets over this unbelievable place? With " Balloon Over Bagan " you can see thousands of years old mountain peaks, churches and the Ayeyarwaddy River. You will be taken to the airfield for your morning flights to Heho, the gate to Inle Lake.
After arriving in Heho we drive directly to Lac Inle for an unbelievable days in this charming area. Today's high points are the visit of the fishermen of the area while boating in the one-legged way of the Inle Sea sailors and getting to know the grassy and terrestrial garden swimming on the flat lake's vegetable-cultivation area.
Later, you go to the quaint diving cat convent before you go to the Phaungdaw Oo Pagoda at the Lakes. At the end of your last morning in Inle, you will start with a short walk to the town of Indein. Afterwards we drive through the NyaungOhak Convent and take a stairway with several hundred wood pillars before we reach the impressing ShweIndein.
After that we will have a panorama look over the area. We will then return to the Aiport to take a plane to Yangon, where the remainder of the morning is free to spend your last night in this unbelievable state.
