Mr. Myaing has been Chief Executive Officer of Myanmar Agri - Tech Carbon Capital Ltd. since 2006 and has advised Serge Pun & Associates (Myanmar) Limited (also known as SPA (Myanmar) Ltd.) and the Group Public Relations and Protocol Department Head of the Corporate Secretariat Department in Myanmar since November 2011.
After retiring from the armed forces in 2009, he was the UN Mission's Assistant Permanent Secretary in Geneva, defending the Myanma government's stance against the European Union's criticism of the Nobel Peace Prize laureate Aung San Suu Kyu.
