Amara Resort Ngapali BeachResort Amara Ngapali Beach
3-kilometre gorgeous beach - review of Amara Ocean Resort, Ngapali, Myanmar
We' re booking and staying 3 overnight stays at this resort. It is only 10 min. from the airfield to this place, on the way through a small town. This is the ONLY resort on a 3 km long beach, which is (in our eyes) amazing and what we were looking for.....
The disadvantage is that you also have to stay at the beach for'everything else' (to the other side of the beach, where all the other airports are located, you need at least 30 min. with the car ) The resort itself is quite new, the beach cottage we have reserved had a great deal of room, much love for detail and a large patio with deckchairs. we were actually only steps away from the beach and the (warm) seas.
Most of the meals were ok, we were just amazed that we didn't see really freshwater seafood on the menus or dishes of the day (so near the seaside and a fisher village), we understood the possible difficulties of the situation, but....We spent 3 overnight stays in this resort.

In most cases the meal was ok, we were just amazed that we didn't see really cool seafood on the meal list or dishes of the night (so near the seaside and a fisher village), we get the possible difficulties of the place, but that can't be an apology, on our last date they didn't even alter the dishes of the night (so if you are staying longer than 3 nights, you' are expecting to be tired of choosing the menu).
But if you are looking for a peaceful beach and loneliness and you can cope with the shortage of other activity/selection of dining and no spas, this is the place for you.
