You will be guided by your own personal tour guides to important sights such as the National Museum, the lying Buddha Pagoda and the city's wonderful Shwedagon Pagoda. Following a brief fly to Mandalay, climb Sanctuary Ananda for a four-night Ayeryarwady River to Bagan. In the afternoon you will be taken to the sacred Sagaing Hills.
Next, you' ll be visiting Amarapura, once known as'The Immortals' before driving to the U Leg Bridge for sundown. Ananda Sanctuary is a great place for sight-seeing. When the boat passes Mingun, you can see the incomplete pit stop of the old cityscape. In the afternoon you will reach the antique Bagan.
Then we continue to the impressing Shwezigon Pagoda. At the end of the afternoon, the sun sets over the picturesque plain of Bagan. Visiting the Ananda Temple of Bagan, one of the most stunning in Myanmar, before taking a horse-drawn carriage tour to the Htilominlo and Pyathatgyi Temples. Have a tasty supper and a traditional show in the evenings as you say goodbye to this lovely sail.
It' a good idea to go away from the beautiful sanctuary of Ananda and discover the hot centre of Bagan with a native leader. You will also visit a paint shop where you can still find old-fashioned crafts. Journey from the Bagan temple to the charming water of Lake Inle. You will live there at Villa Inle Resort.
Later in the day you will see the Phaung-Daw-U Pagoda and the huge Inle Sea. See how fishermen and peasants use their own special techniques to grow the pond and harvest the fish. Villa Inle Resort is a good starting point to explore the area. Visiting hard-working craftsmen, insecure stilts, verdant hills and remote towns.
