Here in Italy one must have signed permission of the subject to publish/post in internet or even take any photo of people. Obviously impossible to do! esp with children, it is almost impossible (legally) to photogragh them and most parents deny permission even if I am an old lady and obviously not up to any shady business. I encounter difficulty/diffidence when doing candid street photography which is what I prefer and usually resort to subterfuge! thanks.
