Luminar Neo has been available for several months now. It does a number of things very well, but has a few shortcoming yet too. Updates and improvements continue to be released and it’s definitely a piece of software any beginner should be considering. I’ll let you know who I think it’s for and who it’s not for, and give you my overall rating of Luminar Neo.
